Dorm Parents with campers, we will contact you about check in times.

Campers being dropped off:

Day Campers should be dropped off on Sunday from 2-4 and then picked up Sunday evening around 8:30 (exact times TBA later). Then they should arrive each morning around 8 AM and leave around 8:30 PM. They do not need to be on campus that final Saturday (unless there's room for them to spend the night here with friends).

Overnight Campers should be dropped off on Sunday (before the camp week) between 2-4 PM. See the images below for where to go. Those staying one week should be picked up from 9-11 the next Saturday in the same location as the drop off.

Two Week campers stay on campus from Sunday, June 30th to Saturday, July 13th. They are on campus over the weekend of July 6th.

Please let us know how your camper will get here / leave. We have them marked as unknown for at least one leg of the trip. It's almost always because the camper is being picked up or dropped off and our software doesn't have that as an option.

If you need to change the size of the shirt you chose from CampDoc, please do it here. If you do not need to change the size, you may ignore this form. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate changes at check in after we have ordered, and received, the shirts. We will order extra ones for late registrations, but we are guessing at sizes and numbers.

We have a dorm office phone and a few staff phones, but calling them usually gets a busy signal. The best way to communicate with your camper is to email us your camper's full name, your number, and a few different times that would be good to call. We write their names on a white board and track them down during the calling hours. Sometimes they are in an activity such as a tournament or Dungeon & Dragons and don't want to call so we try again later.
